Ali Baba is the poor woodcutter and the hero of the story which also includes beautiful Princess Jasmine from Cairo, Asbad the King and leader of the forty thieves, whose memorable words to open the treasure cave are
“Open Sesame”. Other entertaining characters are the scoundrels -Bashim and Grabbit, Fatima Fandango – the loveable Dame and former belly dancer with her house boy Mustapha Screwloose. The traditional Immortals are represented by the good spirit Caterina, from feline descent, and the evil spirit Alsatia, from canine descent.
