This special concert will transport you back in time to celebrate the music that inspired a generation of music makers around the world courtesy of Paul Leegan & The Legends.
Part one of this exciting and vibrant show will relive the great rock & roll period of the 1950s when the likes of BUDDY HOLLY, EDDIE COCHRAN and JOHNNY CASH ruled the US charts and TOMMY STEELE and JOE BROWN amongst many others flew the musical flag for the UK with hits like: Oh Boy, Rave On, Twenty Flight Rock, Singing The Blues and Picture Of You.
Meanwhile the second half of the show concentrates on British pop music of the time and is dedicated to the “King of Skiffle” LONNIE DONEGAN featuring many of his classic hits such as: Rock Island Line, Lost John, Tom Dooley, Battle Of New Orleans and of course, Putting On The Style.
Paul Leegan and his band of Legends have been spreading the word of Rock “n” Roll and Skiffle successfully now for over seven years with their frantic and triumphant show performing hit after hit from the 1950s – don’t miss out on this fantastic performance.
