The Regal Theatre - Minehead

Set in China this strong story about chinese morals and society was written by a German poet in early 1900s and used by Brecht as his inspiration for the Caucasian Chalk Circle. The Circle of Chalk is itself based on an old Chinese play around 1400s. Suitable for all those over 12 years.

Michael Hall pupils are performing in Minehead as pupils from the school were evacuated to Minehead during the war and the current pupils feel it could be a contribution to the community in remembrance of this kindness.
